*I am going to inform you here about the terms of cooperation with me. Not being acquainted with the ToS does not exempt from its application. Each breach of principles will implicate sanctions. *1. General terms of ordering works-To order a drawing one must send me a private message. It does not matter by which social media.
- By ordering a drawing one has to aquaint the rules of my work
If an order will not be compliant with my ToS it will be automatically rejected or I will ask for changing the concept
- I have a right for individual pricing of very complicated projects which may imply a higher price than in my general price list2.Terms of my art

- Racism content***3.Payment settlement and refunds. ***
- Payment for a drawing has to be settled within 24h from the confirmation of the second „raw” draft
In case of payment before the start of a drawing one has to inform me about it before making a transfer
- The refund is possible. However if I was on the „final draft”, lineart, flat color, delicate shading stage the refund will be proceeded after deduction the sum of already created work.-The example: I had an order of a full body drawing with the full shading.
A client changed his mind on the coloring stage.
The client will get a refund of the money difference
In this case 45$
Flat color : 60$
Full Shading: 105$
105-60= 45$ *The total reund is possible only if I perform the work badly, on the lower level without sending any wip and without contacting a client for a confirmation of a stage.***4.The stages of creating my works. ***- I require a full commitment and good communication from every client to avoid misunderstandings. Every stage should be carefully analyzed by a client to make corrections on a regular basis.
Everyone has a right for unlimited corrections on the two first stages of drafts and two free on a lineart. Every next correction on a lineart will cost +3$.
Corrections during coloring (only mark’s shapes and colors’ shades) are free.
Corrections during shading cost +10$.**I send wips from 7 stages: ***

I require a confirmation of every stage. ***5.ToS CUSTOM/ADOPT ***
- By ordering a custom from me or by buying an adoption of my authorship there are rules that must be followed.
- You can change the sex of a character.
- You can make anatomical changes (add scares, change the body shape).
- You are obliged to properly credit me as an author of a character design.6.The rules of use of my art
- Always properly credit me as the drawing author
- It is forbidden to modificate, recolor my works without my permission.
- Free drawings from rafles or contests cannot be used for commercial purposes.

- Kontentu Rasizmu3. Uregulowanie zapłaty i Refundy.- Zapłata za rysunek musi zostać uregulowana w przeciągu 24h od zatwierdzenia drugiego "czystego" szkicu
- W przypadku zapłaty przed zaczęciem rysunku należy mnie poinformować o tym zamiarze przed dokonaniem przelewu
- W przypadku refundu jest on możliwy. Jednak kiedy będę już na etapie "finalnego szkicu", lineartu, flat colour, lekkie cieniowanie, refund zostanie zrobiony po odjęciu od całej kwoty zapłaty za pracę która już została wykonana.##Przykład: został zamówiony u mnie rysunek full body z pełnym cieniowaniem.
Klient rozmyślił się na etapie kolorowania.
Otrzyma zwrot różnicy stawki.
W tym przypadku będzie to 45zł

105-60= 45zł ##- Całkowity refund jest możliwy tylko wtedy kiedy wykonam pracę źle, na niższym poziomie nie wysyłając żadnych wip-ów oraz nie kontaktując się z klientem o zatwierdzenie danego etapu.4. Etapy tworzenia przezemnie prac.Od każdego klienta wymagam pełnego zaangażowania i dobrego kontaktu by nie było nieporozumień. Każdy etap, klient powinien dokładnie analizować i nanosić poprawki na bieżąco.Każdy z was ma prawo do nielimitowanych poprawek na dwóch pierwszych etapach szkiców
Oraz 2 darmowych na linearcie. Każda następna poprawka na linearcie wynosić będzie +3$Poprawki Przy kolorowaniu (chodzi tylko o kształt marksów i odcienie kolorów) są darmowe.Poprawki w trakcie cieniowania są odpłatne +10$** Wip-y wysyłam na 7 etapach.

- Darmowe rysunki z raflle czy konkursów nie mogą być wykorzystane w celach zarobkowych.
- Jeśli rysunek został wykonany dla ciebie możesz ustawić go na pfp, tło, wstawić na swoje media społecznościowe z odpowiednim creditem.
